Silence phones, radios, and motors. Moderate alcohol, voices, music, and blinding lights. Quiet hours: 10pm (11pm on weekends) until 8am.
Everyone deserves a good night's sleep. Although the ponds remain open 24/7, we do observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am throughout the property. On Friday and Saturday, quiet hours are pushed back to 11pm. Music and merriment needs to be kept to a reasonable volume in consideration of those sleeping nearby (in tents, vehicles, and cabins)
To maintain our naturally pleasant atmosphere throughout the day, we ask guests to limit unnatural sound including generators, recorded music, and car alarms.

promotes a positive clothing-optional experience at all properties including Valley View Hot Springs, Orient Mine and Everson Ranch;
preserves the viewshed, including land acquisition;
