Before You Call for a Reservation

Advance Reservation Limits
Join Orient Land Trust and help support our mission.
Your OLT Annual Contributor status determines how far ahead you may call for a reservation:

PATRONS or above ($150 or over annual contribution) may call 3 months in advance for reservations.
SUPPORTERS ($75 - $149 annual contribution) may call 2 months in advance for reservations.
FRIENDS ($30 - $74 annual contribution) may call 1 month in advance for reservations.
General Public may call 2 weeks in advance for reservations.

These reservation benefits are good for one year from the date of your tax-deductible contribution!

The earliest you may call for a reservation is the same date you desire to arrive 3, 2, 1 month or 2 weeks earlier. For example, two months before an arrival date of June 10^th is 9am on April 10^th.

The number of people in a reservation is limited to the contributor household plus a maximum of three other people (children are counted in this total).

Contributors may only make one reservation for a given date. One reservation means one of the following:

One Cabin or Sunset Room

One Vehicle campsite

One or two beds in Oak House (Bedrooms or Dormitory)

One or two Tent campsites

If you want additional accommodations or campsites please have the additional party call for their own reservation.

A particular Tent campsite is not reserved. A reservation means you are guaranteed to choose a Tent site, first-come, first-served.

All weekend and holiday use of Orient Land Trust is subject to daily quotas - this includes day visits and overnight stays. All use may be reserved in advance. During our peak season between May and mid-October, a reservation is highly recommended and is the only way of guaranteeing your admission. Walk-ins will be admitted on a space available basis if quotas are not filled. See information about admission requirements, user fees, pets etc.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees apply for any reservation cancellation or major change of a reservation:

Private Accommodations (large cabin, small cabin, or Sunset Room)

$20 forfeit for calling more than 2 weeks in advance of arrival

$30 forfeit for calling less than 2 weeks in advance of arrival

$50 forfeit for not calling and not arriving (no-show)

All other overnight uses (Oak House, Tent camping, Vehicle camping)

$10 forfeit for calling more than 2 weeks in advance of arrival

$15 forfeit for calling less than 2 weeks in advance of arrival

$25 forfeit for not calling and not arriving (no-show)

Day use visits. Please call as early as possible to cancel or change your reservation

Information Needed Before Calling for a Reservation
(9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Mountain Time)

1. Date of arrival and duration of stay

2. Type of use desired

	Day use (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
	Overnight use (Please choose type of overnight use.)

    Private accommodation – large cabin, small cabin, or Sunset Room. (1 private accommodation
    plus option of 1 Oak House bed or 1 tent site maximum per reservation)

    Oak House downstairs rooms (2 rooms maximum per reservation)

    Oak House upstairs dorm beds (2 beds maximum per reservation)

    Vehicle camping site (1 vehicle site maximum per reservation)

    Tent camping site (2 tent sites maximum per reservation)

3. Number of people and pets included in the reservation – see limits above

Name of each adult and child from Contributor household

Name of each other adult and child (up to 3 total maximum)

Number of pets (pet deposit information)

4. Credit card (VISA or MasterCard) information, unless you have a standing cash deposit on file
